Roads or Trail:	Both. I love the unique challenges each terrain provides—road for the rhythm and trail for the grit.
Favourite Race:	Any race where I cross the finish line!
Favourite Distance:	10km to 15km. It’s the perfect "sweet spot" for a solid challenge while staying high-performance (and keeping my joints happy—because the hips don't lie!).
Running Highlights:	Completing my first half-marathon. Despite minimal preparation, I managed to finish well under my goal time, which was a huge personal win.
Hobbies:	When I’m not running, I’m spending time with family and friends, volunteering with my "Golden Girls" at the Care Closet,  cramming for trivia or catching up on Dateline with my cat, Mr. Clickers III. I’m also deeply committed to personal growth, travel and becoming the best version of myself (always with red lipstick)
Biography:	Originally from Penticton, I grew up with a deep appreciation for the small-town life and the incredible natural setting we have here. Although I’ve lived in many different places throughout Canada over the years, the Okanagan has always been home. I’m proud to be part of a club that reflects the resilience and community spirit of this town.
