The Pounders Running Club hits the roads and trails several times a week. You do need to be a Paid Member (See Membership page) to take part in the runs.
The two Pounder running groups are the 'Suck it Up Buttercup Trail Group' and the 'Twisted Blisters Road Group'. The Trail group has it's own Facebook page.
Tuesday/Thursdays: Buttercup Trail Runs - 5:45 PM at the selected trailhead. (1 hour)
Sundays: 8:30 AM at the selected trailhead. (1.5 - 2 hours)
Sundays: 8:30 at the selected location. (1.5 hours +)
There are track workouts going on every second Thursday. The next one is Thursday, May 20th at the cinder track at the east end of Nelson Avenue. If you are interested, please send Gwyn Pociuyko an e-mail. firstname.lastname@example.org
