The Pounders Running Club hits the roads and trails several times a week. You do need to be a Paid Member (See Membership page) to take part in the runs.
The two Pounder running groups are the 'Suck it Up Buttercup Trail Group' and the 'Twisted Blisters Road Group'. The Trail group has it's own Facebook page.
Tuesday/Thursdays: Buttercup Trail Runs - 5:45 PM at the selected trailhead. (1 hour)
Sundays: 8 or 8:30 AM at the selected trailhead. (1.5 - 2 hours)
Sundays: 8:00 AM at the selected location. (1.5 hours +)
