Peach City Runners Blossom 8 Miler Road Race (May 12, 2024)

(Originally the Blossom 10 Miler, this race has been changed to a loop course with minimal traffic control due to increasing costs)

Date/Time:	Sunday, May 12, 2024 (8:30 AM) -- Race Number pickup 7:00 AM - 8:15 AM
Location:	Okanagen Lake Park 86 Lakeshore Drive East Penticton, BC
Distance:	13 km / 8 miles (Road) - 142m elevation gain Kid's 1.5km Fun Run
Route:	Starts with a lap around the park and then a couple of good climbs followed by rolling hills that will lead out to where the KVR intersects Naramata Road. Following the KVR back down and intersecting with the original course to finish back in the park. Strava Map

Notes:	Total Aid Stations: 3 There are no Age Group Awards for the Kid's 1.5K Run and it isn't timed. *** No Dogs allowed on the run, you will be disqualified if you take your dog. If you have a baby jogger we ask that you start at the back of the group. Refreshments, awards, and draw prizes following race. There will also be a draw for a pair of New Balance shoes (courtesy of New Balance) and an entry to the Blackwell Dairy 15K (courtesy of the Interior Running Association). There will also be a draw for three $50 Gift Cards from Play in Kelowna.
