The Pounders Running Club hits the roads and trails several times a week. You do need to be a Paid Member (see the membership page) to take part in the runs.
The three Pounders running groups are the Suck it Up Buttercup Trail Group, the Twisted Blisters Road Group, and the Thursday Interval Workout Group.

TRAILS (Suck it up Buttercup Group)
- Tuesdays: 5:45pm at Campbell Mountain Parking Lot
- Thursdays: 5:45pm at the selected trailhead. (1 hour) - Check Facebook Group for location.
- Sundays: 8:30am at the selected trailhead. (1.5 - 2 hours) - Check Facebook Group for location.

- Sundays: 8:00am at the selected location. (1.5 hours +) - Check Facebook Group for location.

INTERVAL/SPEED WORKOUTS
- Thursdays: 5:30pm at the selected location. (1.5 hours) - Check Facebook Group or Final Surge for location.
- Interval workouts are offered in partnership with Mile2Marathon. In addition to a Pounders membership, a waiver for Mile2Marathon is required to participate in the the workouts. Fill in the waiver using this form. Download the Final Surge App to receive workout notifications.
