Biography:
Used to tell everyone I would only run if a bear is chasing me then realized I love that runner’s high.  Trained for my first half marathon in 2015 and have been enjoyed running ever since. Look out for that bear!

Established in 1981, the Penticton Pounders Running Club's mandate is to assist and encourage interested members of the community to good health and fitness through running. We host weekly runs, several races (road and trail), as well as a number of social events.
