After a great start to the fall workout series, we are excited to announce that we are partnering with Mile2Marathon to continue offering weekly workouts. Mile2Marathon is a Canadian coaching service aiming to offer great coaching and great communities to endurance athletes of all levels. Mile2Marathon coach Lauren Prufer has been doing a great job of leading workouts and getting this group going - a big thank you to Lauren!
We are really excited about the turnout and feedback so far. Even on dark and rainy evenings, 10+ runners typically come out for workouts and participants feel that the workouts are a great addition to their training - whether they’re preparing for a triathlon, 8k, or just trying to stay in shape through the winter.
