We are really excited about the turnout and feedback so far. Even on dark and rainy evenings, 10+ runners typically come out for workouts and participants feel that the workouts are a great addition to their training - whether they’re preparing for a triathlon, 8k, or just trying to stay in shape through the winter. To learn more about the weekly (Thursday) workouts, check out the Runs page.
