The Pounders will be hosting a series of cross country workouts starting in September Join us to explore some new trails, build your endurance and connect with the club! A range of workout options will be provided each week, so whether you have never done interval training or you're a seasoned pro, there will be an option for you. The workouts will be on Thursday evenings at 5:30 PM at various locations around Penticton. The next workout is Thursday, Oct. 19th at 5:30 PM (NOTE: NEW TIME) by the tennis courts in Powell Beach Park. (Trout Creek)
